Antique Early 19th Century Canadian Watercolor Sketch - Initialed & Dated

Antique - early 19th century - Canadian watercolor sketch on early paper - indistinctly initialed by the artist - very faint 1811 in pencil in the lower right corner. The over-all condition of this pre-owned antique item is good - with one small 3/16" tear in the paper at the top/centre (as photographed) - minor loss to the lower right corner (as photographed) - ripples in the paper (noticeable on the back only) - over-all the paper is fragile but in good condition. Size - 11 7/8"W x 8 3/4"H.
