MICHELE BROSSEAU
Michele has been exhibiting since the age of ten. His first love - engraving, etching and mixed media on fabric - were enriched with acrylic, gouache and pastel after studies in arts at the College St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and at the University of Quebec in Montreal.
With over a dozen exhibitions in Canada and abroad, many of his works are found among private collections in the United States, France, England and Hawaii. Some works have already been reproduced thousands of times for book covers.
His most recent showing of works, grouped under the theme - New intimate works - testify to a great spontaneity. Beyond his voluntary brushstrokes and freedom of his color palette, it is with a disconcerting simplicity that there is a discovery of the well-being, love, beauty, sensuality and intimacy of lovers.
