Pair of Continental Solid Brass & Alloy Capstan Style Candlesticks - Circa 1900

Fine antique pair of late 19th century - continental - solid brass and alloy Capstan style candlesticks with large drip pans - possibly Dutch or Flemish in origin - circa 1900. The over-all condition of these antique items is excellent - one interior candle pricket missing with the other stable and in perfect condition (see detail photo) - over-all oxidation of the metal surface consistent with age and use - in fine antique condition. Size of each - 6 1/4" High x 4 1/2" Diameter (at base).
